Renowned Journalist Logan Davis to speak in Glenwood Springs on Christian nationalism

An opportunity to learn how far-right movements are impacting small communities like ours and what we can do to stop them.

Investigative journalist Logan Davis will be speaking at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 6 p.m.

This free event is being sponsored by Protect Our GarCo Libraries.

Davis is an expert on Christian nationalism and a leading reporter for the Colorado Times Recorder. His work, including a seven-part series on the impact of the far-right on a small town near Colorado Springs called Woodland Park, sheds light on the profound challenges Christian nationalism poses to democratic values and a pluralistic society.

Having been raised in a conservative evangelical community himself, Davis provides a unique perspective into this topic. His presentation on July 12, Colorado communities stand up to Christian nationalism, will provide crucial insights into Christian nationalism and discuss strategies for effective resistance. The Q & A following his presentation will allow attendees to engage directly with one of Colorado's leading investigative journalists.
